Pork Katsu Curry
1. Thaw out the breaded pork in the chiller.
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pork katsu for 4 minutes or until golden brown (ideal oil temp. is 325F)
3. Drain for 1 minute.
4. Re-heat the curry sauce in hot water with the packaging for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
5. Place the Pork Katsu on a plate and pour the curry sauce over half of the Pork Katsu.
6. Consume immediately.
1. You may serve this with hot rice or shredded cabbage.
